Working with clients to advise, devise and develop local, national and international commercial, business, and marketing strategies, communications plans and integrated campaigns for the private sector, public sector and not-for-profit sector. Both B2C and B2B.

I help you to identify your goals and achieve your objectives. For example, if you or your Client has a loose vision for a place, product or project I can help you to define it. Bridging the gap with a strong strategy, using words and diagrams I can help you to communicate that vision and turn it into a reality.

If you want a campaign I can take the brief, write the brief and answer the brief and then put it into action with your team.

I take an integrated approach, creating one strong narrative that works across multiple channels and captures the imaginations of multiple audiences.

I integrate innovation into the narrative from the outset. I begin by developing a narrative and a story which is easy to understand and grab hold of, then inspires people to dig deeper. It’s the integrated creative strategy that creates engagement and the press coverage as it offers something new, insightful and different.

I provide market studies and research reports primarily for anyone looking to develop a property, marina or destination in an international market: rigorous research and insight gathering from a number of data sources; analysis of findings; extensive and engaging report with clear recommendations. The report can then form the foundation of the strategy for the place, product, service, brand and launch campaign.

Effective Communication

I specialise in the written, verbal & visual communication of ideas and strategies, developing a unique one of voice as the written expression of a brand.

Copywriting and reporting is always evidence-based & thoroughly researched, working with insights to drive innovation and vision. I write with substance - it’s not just blurb.

Words with depth and substance strengthen a brand’s identity and give it a distinct personality.

Sometimes a picture speaks a thousand words, and that’s why I also provide bespoke diagram design to communicate a model or solution.

UJ Design & Website Development

Using Squarespace as a platform, I design and develop websites for brands. Starting by designing a smooth and logical User Journey, wireframing it, whilst developing the creative concept and look & feel. I then create the messaging strategy, web copy, calls to action and build and link the pages to create an enjoyable user experience, whilst optimising it for Google.

Workshop Design, Facilitation & Design Thinking Coaching

With the team at Braegen, I design and develop virtual online and real-world workshops for Clients who want to co-create a solution to a business problem with their team, staff or peers. We then facilitate the workshop, gathering insights along the way. After the workshops, we report back the outcomes and make recommendations as to next steps or devise a strategy based on the findings. We collaborate with Managers, consultants and agencies to co-facilitate and co-design workshops.
